• Initial deposit of $1500 per person due August 30, 2008 or upon booking.
• Payment of $1025 per person due by October 10, 2007.
• Payment of $1025 or final balance* due by February 10, 2008

(*If you book by August 30, 2008, the final payment will be reduced by $200)

Travel insurance offers coverage for many instances of cancellations (emergencies, accident, illness, death in family)

as well as a variety of other coverage from lost luggage to medical assistance in the country of travel.

Exchange Rate Supplement:

Double Occupancy:

If the exchange rate exceeds 1.6 prior to the tour, a supplement of $35 per .02 increase will be charged.

Single Occupancy:

If the exchange rate exceeds 1.6 prior to the tour, a supplement of $70 per .02 increase will be charged.

Example: If the exchange rate reaches 1.64, double occupancy travelers will pay a supplement of $70 and single occupancy travelers will pay a supplement of $140.

Cancellation Policy *

• Cancellations received less than 91 days prior to the start of the trip: $500 per person nonrefundable
• Cancellations received 90-61 days prior to the start of the trip 50% tour price nonrefundable.
• Cancellations received less than 61 days prior to the start of the trip: 100% tour price nonrefundable

*Exceptions to this cancellation policy cannot be made for any reason, including personal emergencies, weather, or illness.
